WARRANTY COVERAGE

www.gamefreaks-llc.com warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below: www.gamefreaks-llc.com warrants this hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship relating to the repaired problem for a period of 60 DAYS from the date of original purchase or repair. If a defect exists, www.gamefreaks-llc.com will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the repair charge that was initially paid for the related problem. A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes www.gamefreaks-llc.com property.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE

When you contact the www.gamefreaks-llc.com, you will be asked to furnish your name, telephone number, and proof of the original repair (receipt) containing a description of the repair(s), repair date, and the appropriate serial number(s). The security seals we place on the system must also be intact. Tampering and or removal of the security seals will void your warranty.

Note: Before you deliver your product for warranty service it is your responsibility to keep a separate backup copy of the system software, application software and data, and disable any security passwords. Data recovery is not included in the warranty service and www.gamefreaks-llc.com is not responsible for data that may be lost or damaged during transit or a repair.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This Limited Warranty applies only to hardware products repaired by or for www.gamefreaks-llc.com. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non- www.gamefreaks-llc.com hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with www.gamefreaks-llc.com hardware. Non-Xbox www.gamefreaks-llc.com manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers may provide their own warranties. www.gamefreaks-llc.com and its Authorized Service Providers are not liable for any damage to or loss of any programs, data, or other information stored on any media, or any non- www.gamefreaks-llc.com product or part not covered by this warranty. Recovery of user data is not covered under this Limited Warranty. This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non- www.gamefreaks-llc.com products; (b) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an www.gamefreaks-llc.com Authorized Service Provider; (c) to a product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of www.gamefreaks-llc.com; or (d) if any www.gamefreaks-llc.com serial number has been removed or defaced.

AUTHORIZATION OF REPAIR CHARGES

Unless otherwise indicated at the time of repair in writing you hereby authorize repair charges up to eighty percent (80%) of the MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) for the product being repaired.

UNCLAIMED PRODUCTS

If you have not claimed your product and paid all charges due within sixty (60) days after dropping off your system for repair www.gamefreaks-llc.com will consider your product abandoned. www.gamefreaks-llc.com will provide such notice to you at the Phone Number you furnished when you authorized the repairs. www.gamefreaks-llc.com may dispose of your product in accordance with applicable provisions of law, and, specifically, may sell your product at a private or public sale without liability to you. www.gamefreaks-llc.com reserves its statutory and any other lawful liens for unpaid charges.
